I have been practicing some yoga poses for the last three days (on Sunday I even had two sessions), in the hope of decreasing my back pain. It was nothing bad, more like an unconfortable feeling.

I have to report that I don't feel any pain anymore in my back!

For now I am only practicing five poses, but I am planning on adding one everr other day.

I am really surprised by how quick I saw some results!

I've been doing yoga for 2 months now and my whole body keeps feeling better and better: back, shoulders, neck. Plus better posture, breathing and balance. Love it.
