More outfits.

I wore this on Wed afternoon (it was holiday here), so meet some friends for a pre-dinner drink in Rome:


Shirt - Benetton
Tank top - Tezenis
Belt - Random street stand
Jeans - Killah
Shoes - Nike
Necklace - may be AE?

And this is how I looked with my jacket and scarf on:


Jacket - Glenfield
Scarf - OVS

I didn't look very glamourous, but I wasn't feeling like getting dressed up because it was dark and rainy. Plus I was really tired for having gone to bed really late the day before. But I kinda like the result, even though there are lots of colors. Plus, check out my beloved bag on the chair!

This was Thu for work then music lesson:

Shoes - Frau
Necklace - Steph's mom

I got compliments on these pants. They are made of a linen/cotton blend, and are so comfortable that I was feeling as if I was wearing sweatpants.
Whish I had taken a picture of the flats - which are really pretty and shiny, and the necklace, one of my favourites.

I think the pants are great, too. They fit you in a very "I am so cool and effortlessy chic and nonchalant way" that I am always striving toward!

Taking Stock

  After a long hiatus, I decided to start writing again... I don't expect anyone to really be reading, but I just love so much going through my old entries, it's a sort of treasured diary. The image above was taken on April 25th (bank holiday here), during our bike ride at the Aqueducts park in Rome. Such a beautiful day! So much has changed since last time I wrote here, I don't know where to start. So I start by taking stock! Making:  eggplant pesto. As requested by my girl, who loved it last summer. I stopped doing it during the winter, as eggplant were not so good, but husband found some nice ones and as I write they are in the oven. Drinking : water and more water. The sparkling one, thanks! Watching : videos (youtube and instagram) on home and food organizing, fitness, and, of course, makeup. Love Love Love Johnny Ross ! Reading : Minimalism , by Gwyneth Snow. BDIB - Arm Party!

  This is my second time participating in the Bloggers Do it better series.  This time, the theme is " Arm Party ". And I am glad Kristina had this idea, because it pushed me to take out and wear my bangles...  I wore this outfit - it's an exact repetition, so I didn't take pictures.  And here is the arm Party! I bought the six striped bangles during my trip to Corsica, 20 years ago. They are six like the letters that compose my name.The brown one is from a store in Buffalo. The thin one is even older, it's about 25 years old! A classmate gave me a bunch of them (it was the 80's and Madonna was just starting to get famous) and I somehow managed to keep this one through the years. Now I want to start wearing all the other bangles I have, too!
