Why eat pasta made with fresh tomato sauce, when you can just drop it on the floor, clean everything (including the kitchen cabinets) and eat bread with cream cheese instead?
Why indeed? Just a tip, next time you opt for the floor to eat your food instead of you...try adding some red currant jam to the cream cheese on your bread...delish!
This is my second time participating in the Bloggers Do it better series. This time, the theme is " Arm Party ". And I am glad Kristina had this idea, because it pushed me to take out and wear my bangles... I wore this outfit - it's an exact repetition, so I didn't take pictures. And here is the arm Party! I bought the six striped bangles during my trip to Corsica, 20 years ago. They are six like the letters that compose my name. The brown one is from a store in Buffalo. The thin one is even older, it's about 25 years old! A classmate gave me a bunch of them (it was the 80's and Madonna was just starting to get famous) and I somehow managed to keep this one through the years. Now I want to start wearing all the other bangles I have, too!
The second feature I love about myself is my long neck. Having short hair by itself makes a good way to highlight the neck. Plus, I chose to wear a dress with a deep V neck, a discrete necklace, and, to go out, a scarf. Here are the pictures: Dress - Harba - bought at Sandro Ferrone Top - Hollister Fishnet tights - Calzedonia Boots - Random store, circa 2001 Necklace - Steph's mom, gift from a co-worker I would have much preferrd to wear my brown maryjanes with this, or a pair of beige shoes I just bought. But it's still rainy, so I had to make do with these boots, which go perfectly with the color of the dress. A closeup of my neck The haircut really elongates it. And, of course, my scarf: I bought this scarf at an ethnic store in Boston, when I was visiting, with the purpose of using it as a wrap at sister's wedding. It's pure silk, and it has a nice, modern.eastern motif:
